Do they fully replace pads and tampons on my heaviest days?
Yes, they are designed to completely replace pads and tampons on very heavy days and nights. If your flow is extreme, change sooner based on comfort.

Yes, they are ideal for overnight wear, postpartum bleeding, and moderate bladder leaks, providing up to 12 hours of protection depending on your flow.
Will they feel bulky, and how thick is the absorbent pad?
They are not bulky. The built-in absorbent pad is around 3 mm thin, so they feel soft and flexible while delivering maximum protection.
What are they made from and how do they feel against skin?
They are made with sustainable TENCEL Modal that is breathable and about 3.5 times softer than cotton, for a smooth, gentle feel.
How do I wash and care for them, and how long will they last?
Wash before first wear. After use, rinse in cold water until clear, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner and air dry. With proper care they are reusable for up to 2 years.
