Wear them for up to 8 hours. You know your flow best. Holds at least 20 ml of period flow or light leaks / 4 tampons' worth of period blood. High Waist style is body-hugging, super soft, with a great coverage front and back to provide you maximum comfort.

Each pair absorbs 20ml or more, about 4 tampons or 3 pads, ideal for heavy flow days and light leaks.
Do they fully replace pads and tampons?
Yes, on heavy flow days they are designed to replace pads and tampons. If your flow increases, change sooner or choose a higher absorbency style.
What styles are included in this set?
You get a high-waist in super-soft Tencel™ Modal and a high-waist in organic cotton with lace detailing. Both offer the same heavy absorbency and secure fit.
Are they suitable for overnight wear or long days?
Yes, they provide up to 12 hours of protection, suitable for daytime or overnight. Change sooner if you start to feel wet, as everyone’s flow is different.
How does the high-waist design help with comfort and leaks?
The high-waist fit offers secure coverage at the front and back, with a high gusset to help prevent leaks. The fabric has comfortable stretch that moves with your body.
How do I wash and care for them, and how long will they last?
Wash before first wear. After use, rinse in cold water until it runs clear, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner and air dry. With proper care they are reusable for up to 2 years.
