WUKA Ultimate High Waist Super Heavy Flow period underwear are our most absorbent underwear and so comfy to wear with 45% stretch. Wear up to 12 hours, they will feel dry until they are full. Use tissue paper to remove any clots during wearing, the same as with disposables. You know your flow best.
Wear the High Waist Heavy Flow when your bleeding recovers to pre-birth levels. Breathable and still holds as much as 4 tampons worth.
Super Heavy absorbs at least 60 ml of period flow or light leaks / 12 tampons' worth. Heavy absorbs at least 20 ml of period flow or light leaks / 4 tampons' worth.

What is included in the Postpartum Support Set?
You get two Super Heavy High Waist pants and two Heavy High Waist pants. All are reusable and washable for repeated use.
How absorbent are the pants and when should I switch from Super Heavy to Heavy?
Super Heavy holds up to 60 ml, about 12 tampons or 8 pads, with a slim 3 mm gusset for maximum protection. Heavy holds 20 ml or more, about 4 tampons or 3 pads. Start with Super Heavy in the early days, then switch to Heavy as bleeding reduces.
Are these suitable for overnight wear and postpartum bleeding?
Yes. Both absorbencies are designed for postpartum bleeding and overnight wear, providing up to 12 hours of leak-locking protection depending on your flow.
How does the high-waist fit and waistband stretch help with comfort and leaks?
The high-waist cut gives secure front and back coverage with a high gusset to help prevent leaks. The waistband has up to 45 percent stretch, so it stays comfortable even when bloated.
What are they made from and how do they feel against skin?
They are made from sustainably sourced Tencel™ Modal. The fabric is breathable and about 3.5 times softer than cotton for a smooth, gentle feel.
How do I wash and care for them, and how long will they last?
Wash before first wear. After use, rinse in cold water until clear, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner and air dry. With proper care they are reusable for up to 2 years.
