Which absorbency should I choose for my flow?

How do I pick the right size and fit?

Most people use 5 to 7 pairs for a full switch, depending on cycle length and laundry routine. If you are starting out, begin with 3 to 5 pairs across different absorbencies and add more once you learn your flow pattern.
How do I wash and dry period pants?
