I used these for my period pain as I was heading out to my weekend job where I am on my feet all day and I wanted something soothing and comforting alongside taking paracetamol. I found the patch really soothing and I was able to move it around, so used it on my tummy for a while and then moved it to my back. I also shared them with a couple of my friends and they found them really helpful during the school day. You just need some extra comfort and localised relief when you have bad period pains, these work in conjunction with pain meds.
