You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

The best period pants

I have tried lots of different brands of reusable pads and knickers, i have very very heavy periods.
These are by far the best ive ever bought! They are quite thick but im happy as they didnt leak once during 12hours wear on heavy days. I would also say they are true to size x

Hi team,
I have been using your period pants for two months now and I just had to email you to tell you how life changing they've been for me.
7 years ago, just after my 21st birthday I got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. One of the horrifying symptoms I live with each day is a severely overactive bladder. I've had many embarrassing accidents and take medication daily to try and reduce the impact in my day-to-day life but safe to say it's been crippling for me.
