LINE DRY: Air dry your WUKA Period Pants outside on the line or indoors on an airer. Don't tumble dry it.

Lovely for heavy…

Why aren’t these available for light/medium flow? They’re lovely pants, so comfy and pretty. I just also want to wear them on lighter days!

These period pants have been a game changer for us. When my 12 year old daughter started her period I wanted to try these for myself first to check they worked. They are incredible. I wouldn't be able to confidently go out for the day walking or kayaking before as would be worried about finding a toilet to change my tampon. These allow me to do whatever I like all day. They work so well, they are now all I use.
After using pads for her first couple of periods my daughter has been delighted with these too. They are so much easier for her. We get her the extra small (she is age 13 in clothes) and I get the medium (I am size 8 clothes). These mean she can last all day at school and not worry about going to change her pad. We got her the very heavy flow for PE days which worked amazingly after we had a slight leak from these. Honestly, these are an amazing product and made what is a horrible time of the month so much easier for us both. Wish they had been around when I was a girl.

Great pants

I previously bought the mesh panel pants but they all laddered after the first couple of wears. These are the same but with lace sides and are so much better than the others. They also look a lot nicer. I have been using Wuka pants for a few years now and love them. I find going a size smaller than I usually wear gives a better fit.

How to Wash and Care your WUKA Period Pants

Rinse your pants or pads in cold water as soon as possible after use

RINSE OR WASH

After use, give them a quick rinse. It’s up to you where you choose to rinse your pants - some of us prefer to use a sink, some prefer to rinse in the shower, and others even have a dedicated WUKA-rinsing bucket! (Now that’s some true WUKA love!)

Machine Washable - place your pants or pads in the washing machine and wash at 30°

Machine Wash

Pop your WUKAs in the washing machine with similar, dark coloured garments and wash at 30 to 40 degrees. (We recommend 30, as it’s better for the environment!).

Our Seamless, Swim Brief and Re-Purpose pants should be washed in cold water. We also recommend washing any WUKAs with mesh or lace in a wash bag. This will help prolong the life and the strength of the mesh.

Use your favourite detergent as normal, but please don’t use fabric conditioner. Fabric conditioner can reduce the absorbency of your period pants over time, which isn’t ideal.

Alternatively, WUKA Period Pants love to be hand washed. Not everyone has the time for this, but hand washing can extend their lifespan.

Dry

Air dry your WUKA Period Pants outside on the line or indoors on an airer - it’s up to you (or the weather). They tend to dry faster when they’re inside out, too.
