You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

MACHINE WASH: Pop your WUKA with similar, dark coloured garments and wash at 30 to 40 degrees. Don't use fabric conditioner.
We suggest that Perform Collection and Re-purpose Collection styles should be washed cold. We also recommend washing any WUKAs with mesh or lace in a wash bag. This will help prolong the life and the strength of the mesh.

LINE DRY: Air dry your WUKA Period Pants outside on the line or indoors on an airer. Don't tumble dry it.

I bought these ahead of a holiday I knew I’d have my period on, as I hate tampons and just can’t make them work for me. These bikini pants are AMAZING! I have medium/light flow and they caught every last bit. Absolutely nothing to worry about. No leaks or marks, no watery blood on my towel or sunlounger. I wore them under my normal bikini bottoms and they were a lifesaver. I got the medium size as I’m a medium in the normal period pants too. I’m a 10-12 in pants. Hope this helps someone!!

Amazing product!

Went on my holiday fearing about how to manage my period around the pool and beach. Bought these swim bikini briefs so I could still enjoy swimming, sunbathing and was really glad that they did work.

They really are a really amazing product, they hide well under normal swimming bikini bottoms, is comfortable and you don’t get too hot wearing these - I wore these in 37 degree weather and kept cool.

They are easy to wash in cold water with laundry detergent and hang up to air dry after use. Well done Wuka for making my holiday easier!
